At SmartiMobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return Item' button next to your order, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, removed from all cloud accounts (like iCloud or Google), and packed securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
